Dr. Pai is the Head, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Conde S. Januário Hospital, Macau Special Administrative Region.

He served as a Committee of Election Committee of the Chief Executive of Macau Special Administrative Region and Committee of Conselho para os Assuntos Médicos of Macau Special Administrative Region.

Dr. Pai is also President, the Macao Association of Otorhinolaryngology and Macau Physician Association of Public Hospital and Visiting Professor of Zhongshan People’s Hospital, Guangdong, China.
