Dr. Ki-Man Pai is Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Macau's Centro Hospitalar Conde de São Januário. As a Fellow of the Academia Médica de Macau and Medical Consultant, he has established himself as a key figure in Macau's healthcare landscape through his clinical expertise and administrative leadership.
With extensive experience in otorhinolaryngology and head & neck surgery, Dr. Pai holds multiple leadership positions including President of the Macao Association of Otorhinolaryngology and Chairman of the Ophthalmology & Otorhinolaryngology College at Academia Médica de Macau. He is also the Chairman of the Greater Bay Area Otorhinolaryngology & Head & Neck Surgery Specialist Alliance (Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao), where he facilitates cross-border medical collaborations between Macau, Mainland China, and the Greater Bay Area. His academic contributions include serving as Honorary Chairman at Beijing Shouda ENT Hospital and Standing Committee Member of China Association of Gerontology & Geriatrics (Otology).
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Pai plays an active role in healthcare policy and social welfare as a Member of Macau's Social Welfare Committee, the CPPCC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Election Committees for Macau’s Chief Executive & National People’s Congress. He is also the Director of the Kiang Wu Hospital Charitable Association & Hospital Management Committee.
Dr. Pai also contributes significantly in academic research and medical societies, he is a Standing Committee Member of China International Exchange & Promotive Association for Medical & Health Care (CPAM) and Editorial Contributor of the Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology in Integrative Medicine.
